Return Policy
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
Before returning any item, please contact us at sales@veteransmobilitysolutions.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
 Returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
 To qualify, products must:
- Be in new and unused condition 
- Include all original parts, packaging, and documentation 
- Show no signs of wear, installation, or damage 
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error by Veterans Mobility Solutions. 
Custom & Installed Equipment
Custom, installed, or used products (such as stairlifts, vehicle lifts, or mounted accessories) are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturer defect or warranty claim.

 Our Certified Mobility Technicians provide in-home assessments and demonstrations, allowing you to test multiple products before purchasing.
 This hands-on approach removes the uncertainty from buying mobility equipment and greatly reduces the need for returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email sales@veteransmobilitysolutions.com to request your RMA number. 
- Repack the item securely with all original materials. 
- Ship it to the address provided with your RMA instructions. 
- Once received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
